Allow the body to soak in the effects of the previous phases, let go of any lingering expectations and surrender to deep relaxation.

To achieve a state of complete mental stillness, beyond just sleep or thought helps the body and mind integrate the physical and energetic work done along the way. If we never make space for this rest we will always begin again heavy, without reset.

…when you see a C~ shaped mOOn in the sky take time to CONNECT to bodyMIND and offer oppurtunities to find center before the next cycle inspires grOwth once again.
