sOmetimes i need just a little fuel but still want BIG flavOrs. mOst days breakfast is the only meal i prepare &enjOy seated. i am ready for something right when i wake up &save myself a lOt of search snacking if i get a gOOd dOse of variety right away. lately lOving the sweet &savory combO of overEZs w/smoked gouda, basil, almOnds, & strawberries

tho i am constantly explOring concepts of practice and integratiOn in the bOdywork space, i DO REALLY STRUGGLE with keeping fOOd intentional and focused around what my bodyMIND needs. this season it is my goal to make meals feel more MAGIC… by preparing on purpose according to the energy i hope to create.

i am keeping it SIMPLE & going to nOte ONE RECIPE that nOrished me this week. making that consistent space to witness, celebrate, and give gratitude is the actiOn of RITUAL & when put into PRACTICE can evOlve into a mOre embOdied NOW ✨
