i dOn’t do it often but sOmetimes i like sOme gOOd cOmfort fOOd &mac n’cheese is my cOmfiest flavOr. to make sure I am getting sOme healthy ingredients in my bOdy, i like to add:
snacking tomatoes
avocadO
basil
to me, adding sOme fresh ingredients changes the whOle ViBe &just never disappOints.
tho i am constantly explOring concepts of practice and integratiOn in the bOdywork space, i DO REALLY STRUGGLE with keeping fOOd intentional and focused around what my bodyMIND needs. this season it is my goal to make meals feel more MAGIC… by preparing on purpose according to the energy i hope to create.
