  • sprinkled with chocolate chips &sea salt

(sooo yummy frOzen &keeps so well in the freezer if you want to prep a bunch once a week)

keeping pistachiOs and fresh strawberries in the house this week to make some chocolate covered valentines…added for pretty complete after-ski charcuterie tonight…

tho i am constantly explOring concepts of practice and integratiOn in the bOdywork space, i DO REALLY STRUGGLE with keeping fOOd intentional and focused around what my bodyMIND needs. this season it is my goal to make meals feel more MAGIC… by preparing on purpose according to the energy i hope to create.

i am keeping it SIMPLE & going to nOte ONE RECIPE that nOrished me this week. making that consistent space to witness, celebrate, and give gratitude is the actiOn of RITUAL & when put into PRACTICE can evOlve into a mOre embOdied NOW ✨
